People, rituals,
and what remains.

Suprotim Majumder—known as Bittu—began making photographs around 2015. Working across cities introduced him to different people, cultures, and rituals, from a bride’s wedding day and a child’s first rice ceremony to an aspiring model’s first portfolio.

Across his wider freelance journey, he has photographed approximately 250 weddings. Since Creative Monks was established in 2022, the studio has covered more than 50 weddings. These are distinct chapters of experience, held together by the same respect for every occasion.
